Who is Outbio Denmark?

 OUTbio Denmark was inspired by my experience as a member of the Seattle OUTbio branch. A common term you will hear is someone is a "transplant" which really just means you've relocated. I moved to Seattle, alone in 2021, and was interested in finding a support system, that OUTbio Seattle fulfilled.

A safe, judgement free, zone to expand your network, develop friendships, and let your wig breathe.

I've since relocated to Denmark, in 2025 and much like Seattle, there's a common theme of "transplant" culture among the life science professionals. I find myself again looking to make connections, with like minded individuals and develop a safe space for the queer community. Denmark is world RENOWN for its inclusion, celebration, and acceptance of the queer community, which drove me to initiate the collaboration with OUTbio Inc. and the Denmark Pride community.
